Kristen has been guiding yoga classes nomadically for the past five years. She’s shared vinyasa, yin and Primal Flow yoga from the jungles of Costa Rica to the cityscape of Singapore. She’s dually humbled and honored to be of service to the endangered communities in India with the dedication of this class and truly hopes the frequency + movement + stillness journey brings light to all who receive it.
Mantravine will be facilitating the music with a selection of organic beats made from kitchen samples and global recordings of incredible instruments and artists playing flutes, gongs, handpan, singing and so much more
